2400/2410 Self-Contained Loaders

These self-contained powder and pellet loaders are low cost vacuum conveyors used for machine loading and other applications where material is moved short distances to one destination.

Powder loader

Equipped with an automatically-cleaned filter medium, the powder loader is designed for short distance conveying, and loading of powder or granular material to one destination.

This self-contained powder loader is also ideal for conveying pellets in applications where the unit's location restricts manual filter cleaning.

The unit comes equipped with a self-contained power head, and can be specified with single or dual inlets

Pellet loader

The 10-inch Pellet Loader is a compact, low-cost vacuum loader that efficiently handles pelletized materials.

This self-contained pellet loader is used for machine loading and other applications where material is moved a short distance to one destination.

It comes with a self contained power head, and can be specified with single or dual inlets.

In addition, its low profile design allows the loader to be installed in areas where headroom is limited.

Solid-state Controls

These self-contained loaders are equipped with solid state controls.

Front panel controls include knobs to set the draw time for inlet number one (and inlet number two, if the unit is so equipped) plus an on/off switch.

The controls on even the simplest loader are capable of handling future add-on options, such as dual inlets and pulse-clean powder filters.

Materials of construction

Series 2400 Loaders are available in aluminum or stainless steel. Since sections are interchangeable, loaders can be specified with stainless steel material contact areas only.

Filtration

The powder unit's filtration system consists of cloth filter bags that receive compressed air pulses after each draw cycle to keep them clean.

Conversion kits

Kits are available to easily convert a 2410 Loader to a receiver for use in a central conveying system.
