Mini Filter Bin Vent

The Mini PulseClean Vent Filter is a new line of miniature bin vent filters. Each unit has one small filter bag or cartridge filter element which is automatically pulse-cleaned with a burst of compressed air. These filters are made to fit the Loss-in-Weight feeder hoppers and Aerolock™ surge hoppers. Similarly, this product fits the need for a small, reliable automatic vent filter and can remain in use for long periods of time without the blinding or maintenance of a static vent sock. A pulse timer or central controller can be used to send the pulse signal.

Standard Features

• Mini filter bag with 1 sq. ft. of polyester filter cloth or a 13.5 sq. ft. cartridge
• Compressed air pulse-jet filter cleaning, with solenoid operated control valve, NEMA 4/12, 115 Volt AC
• 1.5 cfm of clean, dry compressed air required at 80 to 100 PSIG
• Available in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel
  

Pulse Control Timer

• An existing PLC or either of the following Control Timers can be used to send the pulse signal to the solenoid
• 15 VAC, NEMA 4X enclosure
