Dual-blower systems unload material from the railcar at higher conveying rates and for longer conveying distances.

• Conveying rates in excess of 100,000 lbs./hr.
• 3", 4", 5", 6", 8", and 10" line sizes.
• Separate vacuum and pressure blowers.
• Self-cleaning filter receiver accepts material from railcar, separating material fines from the conveying air.
• Cyclone receiver group is available for handling pellets and some granular materials.
• Aerolock rotary valve meters material into pressure side of system for delivery to storage tank.
• Blower's vacuum breaker valve balances conveying rates on vacuum and pressure sides of system.
• PLC controls include destination selector switch, and automatic shutdown on high-level signal.
• In-line filter protects vacuum blower.
